About the presenter:

Alber Lobo is a retired executive with 32 years of federal government experience. After serving in the US Navy, Mr. Lobo started his civilian career with the General Services Administration. He has extensive knowledge/experience in federal government contracting specifically in contract compliance. 

Mr. Lobo holds a Masters degree in Industrial Systems and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.

Currently Mr. Lobo is volunteering at SCORE educating small businesses in government contracting and has mentored over 80 businesses.
