About the presenter:
Rob Kwant, is an attorney and former small business owner. Rob developed extensive expertise in intellectual property, commercial contracts, litigation, sales department legal/business management and product development through 10 years of focus on growing small and mid-sized businesses.
Currently, Rob serves as counsel for the OTG Group (aka "Off the Grid"). For three years, Rob consulted on the legal and policy framework that governed how thousands of food entrepreneurs participated as approved Off the Grid Vendors. He also managed the intellectual property needs of the OTG group that included prosecuting a large number of trademarks and patents and setting up best practices to protect OTG IP and the IP the individual small businesses that make up the OTG vendor network.
