John received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz, and his MBA from Santa Clara University. He is an instructor in the University of Phoenix and Cabrillo College and specialized in business and management courses. John has achieved a number of accreditations. He is a certified behaviors, values and attributes analyst with Target Training International. He is a Certified Quality Manager and Certified Reliability Engineer through the American Society for Quality (ASQ). John is a Board of Directors member of the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce and is the Board of Directors President for Monterey Coast Preparatory. John has twice received the Presidents award from Target Training International for his community involvement.
