I have 40+ years of business/technology consulting and advisory experiences in industries such as technology, software, business services, manufacturing, and distribution. I started my career as a software engineer and was a licensed CPA. I enjoy business and technology planning, developing strategies for growth, mentoring and helping to build leadership teams, M&A (buy/sell), leveraging software and business data (analytics), and helping organizations improve.

I help small business owners understand, identify and connect their vision to their target audience. I have countless years of experience in marketing, strategy, content creation, sales and general leadership development. I help clients work both on their interpersonal and business skill set.

As a small business owner for more than 30 years, I have a passion for coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs in areas of strategic growth, workflow optimization, cash flow management, employee/vendor relations, client service, and sales marketing. Having started a creative service business in 1983 with nothing more than sweat equity, a mentor that provided an opportunity, and an inherited entrepreneurial drive, I developed a film and television post-production company that grew to generate more than 2.5 million in annual sales.
